Measure your vertical leap using pieces of tape, first find a wall where you can stick pieces of tape. Then, with a piece of tape on your finger tip reach as high up as you can flat footed and stick the piece of tape on the wall. Work out with JumpSoles for a week. After each week, get another piece of tape on your fingertip and jump and slam the piece of tape up against the wall and measure the distance between the two.
